We have completed an operational validation trial of our tapered roller bearings for animal feed production in Vietnam.

The units were tested as a direct replacement for bearings supplied by another premium manufacturer in a three-roll V-belt pellet mill, manufactured by Andritz Feed & Biofuel.

The trial focused on continuous operation under combined heavy radial and axial loads typical of pelletizing processes. Our bearings, manufactured from premium-grade steel and subjected to advanced heat treatment processes, were installed without system modification.

During the evaluation period, the bearings recorded zero unplanned downtime. Key operating parameters, including vibration and temperature, remained within optimal ranges and matched the performance of the incumbent solution.

Following the trial, the end user confirmed our qualification as a new supplier. Nguyen Huu Khang – Business Development Manager
