The RKB Technical Team Unit, together with Area Manager Riccardo Martina, further strengthened the relationship between RKB and a leading provider of maintenance services for onshore wind parks in France, specializing in gearboxes and generators for wind turbines from the main OEMs in the sector.

RKB once again confirmed the quality of its products by supplying cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings for one of the largest Bosch Rexroth wind multipliers.

In particular, the bearings supplied for the planetary gears, also known as satellites, were specifically selected to enhance the overall reliability of the wind turbine gearbox.

These types of gearboxes are mainly used in wind turbines with a power rating of 2,500 kW and are widely adopted by major OEMs such as Nordex, GE, Gamesa, Repower, and Fuhrländer.
