Area Manager Javier Yrazusta participated this year as a speaker in the Technical–Commercial Agenda of Expo Minera Internacional 2025 in Panama.
During his presentation, he shared RKB Sudamericana’s vision for the future in the markets of Central and South America, our working model, and several success stories shaping the project we are developing in the region.
An important point of the session was how RKB has evolved in recent years by focusing on customer needs, increasing stock availability, and strengthening both technical and commercial support.
Having the right product at the right time is essential. Quality is no longer something to defend, as it is expected from premium bearing manufacturers. The true value lies in understanding each application, making the right recommendations, and selecting the exact bearing for every specific need.
The initial price is not what matters, but the total cost of ownership: greater durability, fewer scheduled stops, fewer replacements, lower maintenance, and more productive hours.
All of this is made possible through strong commercial support, building human relationships, understanding the customer, anticipating needs, and providing continuous guidance. It is not just about selling a bearing; it is about leading the customer to the right solution.
