The visits of RKB distributors continued at our HQ in Balerna, and, for the first time, we hosted our distributor in Peru, Rodasur.

The visit encompassed commercial meetings, technical training sessions, and tours of RKB’s showroom, warehouse, quality, and metro/metallographic labs.

During the initial business meeting on the first day of the visit, Mr Joseph Paucar from Rodasur met with RKB colleagues Luis Ferré, Alessandro Russi, and Javier Yrazusta. RKB’s team offered a tour of the showroom and Swiss warehouse.

The next day, Senior Application Engineer Daniele Lauria conducted training sessions centred on the mounting and dismounting procedures for RKB’s SRB and CRB bearings.

Afterwards, Mr Joseph Paucar had the chance to visit RKB’s quality and metro/metallographic labs, where Senior Engineer Ciprian Radu displayed our equipment and explained the rigorous testing processes that RKB’s bearings endure to assure quality and dependability.

The second business meeting with RKB Sales Director Alessandro Russi took place on the third day. RKB gave Mr Joseph Paucar a Certificate of Attendance for accomplishing the “RKB Rolling Bearings: Technical and Commercial Knowledge (A)” course. Moreover, Mr Joseph Paucar was invited to tour RKB’s warehouse in Rho, Italy.

Overall, the visit was a great success, with RKB and Rodasur mutually benefiting from exchanging knowledge and expertise.
