RKB hosted our distributor in Guatemala, Disinco, at headquarters in Balerna, Switzerland.

The visit included two commercial meetings, technical training sessions, and tours of RKB’s showroom, warehouse, quality and metro/metallographic labs.

On Monday, 20 February, Disinco met with our colleagues Luis Ferré, Alessandro Russi, and Javier Yrazusta for the first commercial meeting. RKB’s team showcased our products and services and gave Disinco a tour of the impressive Swiss warehouse, which stores a vast selection of bearings. Disinco could see firsthand the range and quality of RKB’s offerings.

On Tuesday morning, Senior Application Engineer Daniele Lauria led the training sessions, which focused on the procedures for mounting and dismounting RKB’s SRB and CRB bearings. The training was a valuable opportunity for Disinco to enhance its technical knowledge of RKB’s products, enabling them to provide better support and service to its clients in Guatemala.

In the afternoon, Disinco had the chance to visit RKB’s quality and metro/metallographic labs, where Senior Engineer Ciprian Radu showed them the company’s cutting-edge equipment and explained the rigorous testing procedures that RKB’s bearings undergo to ensure quality and reliability.

On Wednesday, the second commercial meeting was held with RKB Sales Director Alessandro Russi. RKB presented Disinco with a Certificate of Attendance for completing their “RKB Rolling Bearings: Technical and Commercial Knowledge (A)” course.

The visit concluded on Wednesday, with Disinco leaving RKB’s headquarters with a deeper understanding of the quality and expertise that RKB brings to the industrial bearings market. As RKB’s distributor in Guatemala, Disinco is well-positioned to provide clients with the best possible service and support for RKB’s products.
